Shipping and Refund

Service Areas

We’re a small home roaster and are committed to serving the freshest coffee available. That being said, we service only California and Arizona to ensure deliveries are fast and with fair shipping costs. If you live outside these areas, please consider supporting your local coffee roaster.  

Handling

We ship Monday through Friday from Temecula, CA. All coffee is freshly roasted by hand and is shipped from our facility within 2 business days.  

Shipping

The flat rate shipping fee is $5.00. Free shipping in Temecula and Murrieta and for orders over $75.

Deliveries after handling takes between 1-5 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your tracking number, once your order is shipped.

Shipping may get delayed during holiday seasons. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Cancelations & Modifications

One-time purchases can be canceled if it has not gone into fulfillment. Once marked as “Fulfilled”, orders can no longer can be cancelled.

Returns

Because our coffee is roasted to order, sealed coffee products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct this for you.

We are not liable for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. To prevent such occurrences, please review your shipping information prior to completing your purchase and/or verify the accuracy of your address details in your order confirmation email. Customers have the option to modify shipping addresses at any time within the customer account. Any address corrections made after a purchase is finalized must be completed before the next business day.
